What’s included:

Choosing Bradbourne House guarantees you exclusive use of all wedding rooms and the surrounding grounds on your wedding day. These rooms include the Great Hall, Breakfast Room, Green Room, Oak Bar, Marble Hall and Cloakrooms. For a Civil Ceremony, the Committee Room and Dining Room are also included.

For a Wedding Breakfast, the Great Hall can accommodate 100 guests on a straight table formation and up to 94 guests on a round table formation. For the evening celebrations, up to 200 guests can be catered for. Alternatively, for much larger wedding parties, a marquee can be erected on the lawns.

We are licensed to hold 100 guests for a Civil Ceremony in the Great Hall or alternatively the Committee Room is licensed to hold 60 guests. Outdoor Ceremonies can be staged in our beautiful Hatton Fruit Garden which is licenced for up to 120 guests, alternatively we offer the option of a marquee for larger parties.

The house is yours from 10.00am until 11.30pm on the day of hire although an extension to this time is possible. In addition to this, dependent on availability, you may also be able to gain access on the day prior to allow for setting up.

Toastmaster

 

Finally, to ensure your day runs like clockwork and to ease the strainon all those concerned with co-ordinating the day’s events, you will have the exclusive service of our in house Toastmaster from the moment you arrive at the house until your first dance. An initial meeting will be arranged with our Toastmaster to discuss your wedding day requirements and his role. On the day, the Toastmaster’s role can include such services as:

 

  • Announcing the arrival of the bride and groom
  • Gathering of wedding guests for arrival drinks
  • Arranging the welcome line
  • All announcements
  • Liaising with caterers, photographers and key family members
  • Co-ordinating the order of speeches
